Do Soap operas cause more problems in our Society?

After just sitting watching one of the most popular English soaps being Eastenders....it was depressing....everyone split up for Christmas everyone is cheating or has been doing....

Why on earth do we want to make our society worse?

Our children who watch this presume to much as it is, so we feed them junk that amplifies the problems we face in real life, to the point of life is really not worth living....

Now this is not me so much I speak for; as did stop watching them ages ago and occasionally sit with my mum for that...yet with our someone there to tell how pissed off it made me feel them feeling dwell still within me...

So instead now saying on here how generally these are very bad things, if we are what we eat...

Why would we even choose to watch something that will inevitably affect the way we look at the world...?

If we consider people watch them as a religion and need to be there for said soaps...

Then also consider how they live there live like one waiting for the next gossip....or even worse living there life's by them, where instead of deal with their own problems in their own life's they countless repeat what happened in the show the other night and wonder why their life is in mess?

So come on peoples can't we actually encourage good television regardless of age group...just because it is meant for the adult population...by encouraging bad things and that is all that happens in them shows....it in the end no matter which we look at it encourages as worse society overall....

Where well to do children who watch them then live a life rebelling against allot of the things that make society in the first place and why?
As we are telling them this....

As for me doubt I watch that again, never makes me feel better about my self in fact half the time get angry or twisted after...so where in my case I now feel these chemical imbalances by watching said show...most people are not aware of their own bodies and spirits to this extent and continue, yet not see the influences it is having on your spirit....

Why sail through a storm, when there is a clear sea the other side? Really makes no sense?
