(71) He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

John was Clearly of either the Pharisees or High council origin and so would have known counts of peoples also in surrounding area, plus any other members of the high councils or surrounding families.
This is mentioned more then once in the books of John, so maybe he knew more then the disciples, when it comes to the actual betrayal, As he also notices another person with Judas and "they knew one of them"...

yet with this it does look and sound like the new evidence of Yeshua grave with a coffin; which is also of another time period, so again very strange...and then also strange on the grounds India also has a grave yard of Yeshua, so which is correct, time will tell...
