To rephrase the ideology Christianity puts forward:

If you went to a man's house, and said, "i murdered your son, can i sleep in his bedroom?"....
The man would be like, "you what? you murdered my son, and now you want to sleep in his bedroom, are you mad?"
"No, look I've washed, and drunk his blood, then have eaten his flesh, so i can become like him... So can i come in your house, and sleep in his bedroom?"
"No, depart from me you workers of iniquity!!"...
Then he might send his guards to exterminate the men who killed his son.
