In Isaiah 13:10 it states that the sun to be darkened is the constellation Orion, which according to mainstream media will soon go supernova; which fits the prophecies where the fire will burn our faces in that day (Isaiah 13:8).

In Amos 5:8 it states Death shall come from Orion, where it shall go from night to day, which we also find in Zechariah 14:7.

THE UNPRECEDENTED DIMMING OF BETELGEUSE: Astronomers from Villanova University reported this week that Betelgeuse has continued to dim. The red supergiant's luminosity is now at a 25 year low, stoking speculation that the star is about to collapse and explode. Other explanations are at least as likely. Betelgeuse might be blowing dust from its cool outer layers, creating a haze that dims its own light. Whatever is happening, say the researchers, "the unusual behavior of Betelgeuse should be closely watched."

Joel 2:30-31 says it will go blood red before the day of the Lord.

Now Itís Certain: The Supergiant Star Betelgeuse WILL Explode
Posted by Cristian Antonescu

Back in December last year, astronomers have been suspecting that the supergiant red star Betelgeuse is about to explode. The cosmic object has become much dimmer in the recent months, even though it was among the brightest stars in the night sky. Being located in the Orion constellation, Betelgeuse will finally face its end and turn into a supernova. Itís not a matter of ďifĒ anymore, according to the latest data gathered by LIGO, the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory.

Thus, gravitational waves coming from Orionís direction have been detected by LIGO. Such an event can be caused by a supernova, and as you might have already guessed, the astronomers are placing their bets on Betelgeuseís explosion.
Betelgeuseís explosion could occur in the next several weeks

This is one hypothesis claimed by scientists, and among them is Edward Guinan, a professor at Villanova Universityís Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics. His university has been examining Betelgeuse since almost four decades ago, so he might know what heís talking about. However, itís also possible that Betelgeuse will explode much later, when humanity will be fully extinct.

Whatís for sure is that the supergiant star will indeed explode, but weíre not sure exactly when it will happen. When it does, the supernova will be visible with the naked eye for months since it will be as bright as several stars on the night sky...
