Does re-incarnation exist? Do you believe? Explain why or why not!

I see 10 billion sperm racing for an egg... and wonder how in 2 different lives from 2 different fathers and mothers... the same sperm made it to the same egg... and gave birth to you again.

Now... I am the first to admit that I am extremely scientific and skeptical of everything. Even of science and my own beliefs/knowledge/facts. Skeptical only means I philosophize about the conclusions daily... not that I don't believe. So, my question is. How are you reincarnated given the circumstances I explained above. I hope no one says... "because God implants your soul in you".. or.. "because your soul re-attatches to your body". I believe in the mind/brain. There's no soul here. If you can change my mind, have a crack at it! I'm up for a healthy debate.
