Help writting anti-depression article

A friend asked me for help with her daughter who has depression.
The amount of people I come across in the same boat is a lot.

I have a few things to help with this and ways to pull out of it.

When I get back I will write the Article for this friend, to help the daughter and others.

Has anyone got any could quotes and ways to get out of depression to add to this please?
