If you check our download I personally having made much of this site you see, would recommend Weaverslave + Top style lite which work as one unit doing and showing most functions needed for most programming langauges and good css view.... both free

Also latest tool and should update our downloads, yet wampserver is well cool, even has a built in offline switch, so you can work on your home server and test without allowing the rest of the world access..
