What is the meaning of Spirituality?

A spirit is something that lives....So spirituality is understanding the dual characteristics of nature and understanding our self's within that...

What do you think, as already we see different opinions and a whole world view will help people decide....? (Reason decide is Christianity is being Taught Spirituality means occult)=
