This description of God refers mainly to the body of God.
The will of God lies outside of this description. Some metaphysical aspects of God are beyond comprehension.

God is also the universal will that:

Governs the assembly of molecules and atoms on a sub atomic level.

Directs evolution and the growth and development of ecco systems.

Destributes and oversees the development of souls.

And much more...

Let's not forget the bumper sticker that says "God is Love".
