Writing of Peace on the White Stone

This I found or was given in a skip near to where I live.
someone obviously hand carved it, from what appears bone..
To find that in the bin when questioning a site like this, is another glimmer of hope from something knowing what to give for encouragement, like any good father does.
It reads:
