We are looking for individuals, couples or adult families who would like to go on a detox diet after Christmas.

Feeling tired, depressed, lacking energy?
Do you eat and drink too much at Christmas-time?
Fed up with being overweight?
Do you need to change your bad habits?

You don’t have to be overweight but you do have to habitually eat rubbish foods, or smoke and drink too much over the festive season, then feeling guilty and want to eliminate the toxins from your body.
