To answer the question we need to understand where the errors came from:

YHVH Elohim from ancient Hebrew implies the 'Lord of Creation' of the 'Divine Beings' (Divine Council)... After Babylon to remove the polytheistic ideas of demigods, the Rabbi made YHVH into being God Almighty (Henotheism).

El Elyon translates better as the 'Highest Source'; yet after Babylon became the 'God Most High'.

In the Quran it references the Divine Council (38:69, 37:8), and tells us we should only worship the God Most High; which in Arabic is Ala Ilah.

Yeshua is prophesied as a manifest Divine Being (Avatar/Eloh); above Yeshua is the Source of reality (EL Elyon) - which he called "our Father in Heaven."

Deuteronomy 32:7-9 makes clear, that El Elyon separated the nations among the Elohim, and gave Israel to YHVH. In Deuteronomy 32:15-18 it refers to them 'forgetting their Divine Being' (Eloh), which was the 'Rock of our Salvation' (Yeshua), and 'them no longer remembering the Source (El) that manifests us'.

Isaiah 46:9 warned they'd muddle the language after Babylon, and cites to go back to Deuteronomy 32:7-9; where it says 'El (Source) is not like the Elohim (Divine Beings/Avatars)'.

Theologically it is easier to understand that the Bible matched Dharmic ideas in ancient times, and got confused after Babylon. Where Brahma (Sanskrit) translated into Hebrew is Havah, and Yah means Lord. Above Bhagavan Brahma (Lord of Creation) is Brahman the Source of reality.

Understanding that 'never has Allah directly interacted with mankind (42:51), it has always been by Messengers'; thus when Adam and Eve walked with a Divine Being, Jacob wrestled a Divine Being, Abraham sat and had dinner with one, and Moses saw his back.

Yeshua was prophesied as a manifestation of the flesh of David, with the spirit of the Lord placed within him.

When we recognize it is stated the aspect of God that separated the Red Sea (Exodus 14:13) was the Salvation of God (Yeshua), that when they fought against the Children of Ammon (2 Samuel 10:11, 2 Chronicles 20:17), that was the spirit of Salvation again; we should understand it was prophesied that 'the Lord would become our Salvation' in the Song of Moses (Exodus 15:2).

Thus when the Quran is saying that the Messiah was the Word of Allah made manifest (3:39, 3:45-48, 4:171, 19:34), it is confirming Yeshua's Divine status, not denying it; it is just making clear, it is only the Source of reality that we should all worship, not the things made by it.
