The reason i state Paul/Saul is the anti-christ, is he fufills most things spoke of the comming of someone to that nature.
As you stated John said these bits, i will post it, yet i don't trust much of what he says anymore.
John stated:

2Jo 1:9 Everyone transgressing and not abiding in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ, he has both the Father and the Son.

Now the doctrine of Saul is contradictory to that of Christ so making it anti- christ.

1Jo 2:18-19 Little children, it is the last time. And just as you have heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have risen up, from which we know that it is the last hour. (19) They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they were of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out so that it might be revealed that they were not all of us.

This states that they are from us, yet not of us, Saul fufills this

Both these points from John are just to continue from what you said.

You see as a follow of Yeshua, we are strictly warned not to trusted the pharisee.

Also to add to what you asked, no in fact; Paul believed Yeshua was God, and the image of God. so breaking the second commandment.

At the moment i am writing this all up with scriptures, so you can see why they differ so much from the truth and what Christ said

lol. I've made up a few like that before too, but never heard of that one. It's pretty funny (unless you actually believe it). Just to make sure the record is straight:

Christ = Messiah = Anointed One
Christians = belonging to Christ

It's just a tad of a strech to take a receipe for perfum from the Old Testament (which was for objects, not people) and say that it relates to all Christians.

Christ was anointed with the Holy Spirit. His feet were also anointed with perfum at one point. Early Christians were anointed with fire from heaven. No room for drugs here I'm afraid.

Another thought: One of the marks of a Christian is meant to be self-control, not relinquishing of control over themselves.

Now there's what I like to see: thoughts based on a personal examination of the Bible!

Let me mention a few things that might help to clarify:
John Mark is the author of Mark, not the books of John (which include Revelation). John Mark was also not actually one of the Apostles. That would be John the son of Zebedee. (Matthew 10:2-4)

This John "was known to the high priest" (John 18:15) which would help explain how he knew what was going on. Also, many of the priests joined the faith (Acts 6:7), which would also help account for the sharing of inside information.

John was also the person who coined the word "antichrist."

I'd be interested to hear why you believe the Apostle Paul to have been the antichrist. John is pretty clear that the antichrist is the one who denies that Jesus was from God. And Paul goes to great lengths to prove Jesus WAS from God.
