Since this is often confused and many people think differently....my opinion Spirituality is life....

A spirit is something that lives....So spirituality is understanding the dual characteristics of nature and understanding our self's within that...

I think your definition is accurate. Understanding self and

all that links to self, accepting truth that may not conform

to conventional reasoning and accepting responsability for

self conduct and past errors is as good a definition as I

can come up with.
