1) John is John Nicodemus/Nicolaitans and was written by possibly an X-Pharisee who was there when they arranged to kill Yeshua.
Also many of the concepts contradict Judaism, and more importantly contradict the commandments and Yeshua him self.

You have to remember the Pharisees were a sect and as such carried it on at all cost.

Yeshua's words in Matthew, Mark and Luke appear OK, other then the authors own interpretation; yet also this verifies that they were witness to the event in question as they include a colourful description, which would imply they witnessed an event.

We find in John witnessing of Pharisee events, the book of Acts as being Paul's mission and so on.
