Since just had to do this on our copy of Wiwimod so can have the CSS in the header taken from the CBB and Article examples + Smarty research etc................

This makes it a module header is then not, contained in a template file or PHP file also all styles should then can be placed in their own class and CSS file for all modules...:
1 for speed loading to begin, small files = shorter loading,
2 for later editing, easier editing for people who use different editors for different tasks.
3 speeds up for concurrent loading times

most of the modules on here are going through this process and will be released when finished....

Yayayayayay finally fixed multimenu and for all Smarty users a very clever trick of Smarty's not seen yet.....

Multimenu/templates/horziontal_dropdown menu.html... etc

That exsists in a Smarty template file where question are asked of CSS then that is assigned to the module header and wham bham any templates can be moved by Smarty/PHP
