We need to refine that Yeshua said "not one jot or tittle shall be removed from the Law until all things are fulfilled" (Matthew 5:17-18), so he wasn't doing away with what was real scripture, he was challenging the Oral Traditions (Matthew 15:1-9, Mark 7:1-13), that had then become part of the Cannon.
